Every last Saturday, enjoy a family friendly tour of the Museum’s collections. Each month, we will explore a small selection of artworks and objects through interactive storytelling and engagement.

This month, families are invited to join Franny Zawadzki, Education Coordinator, on a virtual tour of the Granite Gallery to learn about granite quarrying in Cape Ann. We will discuss the history of granite quarrying, the quarrymen who worked the sites, and the tools and methods used to extract the rock from the earth. This tour is appropriate for families with young children.
