Captain Elias Davis House Tours
The Capt. Elias Davis House is open for docent-led tours on Fridays at 2:00 p.m.
Walking Tours
The Museum offers a variety of walking tours in and around Cape Ann. Walking tours include, but are not limited to: Harbor Views – The Paintings of Fitz Henry Lane, Ed & Jo Hopper’s Houses – Views from Portuguese Hill, Waterfront Reflections – Gloucester’s Harbor Village, and more! General Admission is included with the cost of these special guided tours. Please see the Events Calendar to view upcoming tours and purchase tickets.

Guided group tours are $5.00 + regular admission rate. A minimum two weeks’ advance notice and a credit card is required to hold your reservation. Tours are dependent on docent availability.
Group Tours are not available for the special exhibition Avery, Gottlieb & Rothko: By the Sea.

White-Ellery House Tour
Visit the home built in 1710 for the Reverend John White, Gloucester’s first settled minister in First Parish. The tour will share who lived in the house over time, its exterior structure and interior features, and the adventure of being moved to make way for the Route 128 rotary. Check the website for tour times and availability. Scheduled Group Tours are available to reserve. Please inquire through Group Tour Inquiry or contact the museum at 978-283-0455 x110.
