Enjoy the Museum galleries during an interactive story time with Cassie the Sea Serpent followed by an art activity led by CAM Educators in the CAM Studio. Each month explores a different theme taken from the Museum’s collections and the history and culture of Cape Ann.
Join Cassie the Sea Serpent in the Cape Ann Gallery for story time! Inspired by the Lili Shapiro’s decorated Paul Revere Pottery bowl on display, we will be reading Shaped by Her Hands: Potter Maria Martinez. This story is about the famous Pueblo potter, Maria Martinez. Young artists are invited to create their own coil pots from Model Magic.
