The Cape Ann Museum is excited to host Balance in Motion with Dianna Daly, a movement class for people with Parkinson’s, on Thursday mornings at the CAM Green. Participants explore movement and music in ways that are refreshing, enjoyable and stimulating while creatively addressing symptom-specific concerns related to balance, cognition, motor skills and physical confidence. Partners and caregivers are welcome to join in the fun.  Dianna Daly is a Certified Dance for PD® Teaching Artist and has been teaching Balance in Motion for the past ten years.

This class is supported by Parkinson’s Fitness: an organization that brings arts, education and exercise to people with Parkison’s.
