The Museum is closed on Mondays and on these major holidays: New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
On December 24 and December 31 the Museum closes at 1:00 p.m.

Captain Elias Davis House (1804)
Docent-led tours of the Museum are included with admission and are offered on a first come, first served basis. The Museum's Captain Elias Davis House (1804) can be included on any daily docent tour by request.
Tuesday – Saturday at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
Please Note: The Davis House will be closed to the public January 21–27, 2020 for the installation of historic carpets.
White-Ellery House (1710)
This off-site historic property is open by appointment from Memorial Day through Columbus Day, and on the first Saturday of the month from June through October (11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.). Further information about the property can be found here.
