Patron Society Categories & Benefits
The Museum’s highest level of membership—the Patron Society—recognizes individuals contributing $1,000 or more annually to fulfill the Museum’s mission and support its vibrant future. Patron members enjoy tailored programming along with access to a dedicated staff member who will handle individual requests connected to the Museum’s activities.
All Patron Society members receive
- Free general admission and guest passes (details below)
- Invitations to CAM signature events
- Invitations to Fitz Henry Lane Salons (guest lectures, visits to privately held art collections and artist studios)
- Free admission for two to over 800 museums across North America that participate in the North American Reciprocal Museum (NARM) Association
- Invitation to optional Red Cottage Society Membership*
- 10% discount in Museum Shop
Fitz Henry Lane Circle — $1,000
All benefits of Benefactor+
- Six complimentary single-use guest passes for entry without member
- One complimentary docent-led tour for up to 4 people (member and three guests)
- One complimentary Individual membership to give as a gift
FHL Circle membership is tax deductible with the exclusion of $48
Fitz Henry Lane Historian — $2,500

- 10 complimentary single-use guest passes for entry without member

- Invitation to attend Fitz Henry Lane Salons as CAM’s guest
Fitz Henry Lane Curator — $5,000

- Advance preview and introduction of new acquisitions
- Daytime gallery tour with CAM Curator for up to 5 people (member and four guests)
Director’s Circle — $10,000
All benefits of the FHL Curator +
- Private after-hours gallery tour with CAM Director Oliver Barker for up to seven people (member and six guests)
- Private after-hours reception for up to ten people (member and nine guests)
- Access to the Patron Society concierge, a dedicated CAM staff member who will personally handle your special requests
- Complimentary Museum publications (e.g., CAM exhibit & collections catalogs)
Chair’s Circle — $25,000
All benefits of the Director’s Circle +
- An invitation for two to the annual Chair’s Circle Dinner
- Priority access to travel with CAM Director Oliver Barker to national art venues and private collections
- Invitations to attend CAM signature events as CAM’s guest
*Red Cottage Society
The Red Cottage Society is an affinity group that plans and promotes family-friendly social, educational events, as well as new member events, such as exhibition tours, and visits to galleries and other cultural attractions. Whether you are new to the area or a native Cape Ann resident, the Red Cottage Society is a great way to meet new people and engage in the area’s vibrant arts scene.
