Many people know about Lee Kingman’s The Best Christmas, but it was not the only Christmas tale she wrote. Susanna Natti, Lee’s daughter, will be reading from The Magic Christmas Tree on December 11 at 1:30 pm, a tale about two girls, a small pine tree, and a special secret.  A talk about her mother Lee Kingman and some of what might have influenced Lee to write this story will follow after a short break.

Stop by the CAM Studio before the reading to create a seasonal tissue paper “stained glass” inspired by illustrations in the book and the Folly Cove Designers.

This event is presented as part of the Middle Street Walk, take a look at the full schedule of events happening on Saturday, December 11!
