CAM Kids Second Saturdays
Families with school-age children visit free on the Second Saturday morning of every month. Special events and workshops take place from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Reservations required.

 

CANTASTORIE, Song-Story tradition from Sicily, with the theme of Gloucester's Greasy Pole, STREGA NONNA of Calabria and CICERENELLA! Sicilian Tarantella Participatory Folk Dance. Dora, "the International" Explorer has been creating and sharing world discovery programs with children since 1973 and was awarded the Dr. MLK, Jr. Community Service Award for 35,000 multicultural arts programs from After-school Programs, to International Festivals, to Teacher Workshops, to Culture Kit creation, to Puppeteering. Living in an antique saltbox in Rockport for 21 years, she has led everything from Maypoles for the Girl Scouts to recreations of local history throughout Cape Ann and Massachusetts.
