After a three-year hiatus, the Gloucester Education Foundation and Gloucester Public Schools are thrilled to relaunch the Gloucester Student Arts Festival, a daylong celebration of the arts in the Gloucester Public Schools!
The festival will take place on Saturday, May 13 from noon-5pm in downtown Gloucester, with indoor programming at City Hall, the Cape Ann Museum, and MAGMA, and an outdoor block party on Warren Street with performances, live music, art-making and dance workshops, and food trucks.
Visual and performing arts from grades Pre-K-12 will be showcased, with the goal of every student in Gloucester represented in at least one way! Families and the community are invited to come participate in this interactive event for all ages.
The Cape Ann Museum’s two student exhibitions, A View From My Window featuring Cape Ann 8th Graders and Our Place; Our Stories featuring Cape Ann 3rd Graders, will be on display at the Downtown Campus during the festival.
Stay tuned for the schedule, map, and complete food truck line-up in April 2023.
