Docent-led Highlights Tour

Experience the Museum’s collections with a docent-led highlights tour offered free with Museum admission. CAM Docents are volunteers from the community who have completed the Museum’s Docent Training Program. During the Highlights Tour, they share the history of Cape Ann and of the Museum’s collections. Highlights tours are tailored to visitor interests and answer key questions including:
- What is Cape Ann?
- Who was Fitz Henry Lane?
- Why do so many artists come to Gloucester?
- When was the height of the fishing industry?
- Who were the Folly Cove Designers?
Join a tour for 10 minutes or 60 minutes to learn the answers to these questions and more during your next visit!
